Terms of service

We (store) guarantee that the requested product will be shipped in an undamaged form in an appropriate time frame (Two Weeks) usually. extenuating circumstances e.g. loss of Power , act of God  etc. will cause delays in product delivery. If after 30 days we are for any reason unable to fulfill your order you will receive a full refund. You may request of the store in writing as to the status of your order at any time. We (Store) will respond to the request as time permits.
